WHY IS PNC GREEN?

A green bank uses less energy, water and natural resources, creates less waste and is healthier for its employees and customers. Plus, there are tax advantages, and a bank would certainly know about that!

Marine Electric followed all of the requirements of the LEED program when contracted to perform the electrical work on three PNC Banks over the past year. Some of the responsibilities that contributed to this environmentally friendly project included storing waste products in separate bins and removing daily, no cutting or sawing in the building, and painting only when the building was evacuated.

We highly commend PNC Banks for going green, and want to add that Marine Electric has always used the highest standard of environmental procedures on the job.
